Return / Refund / Cancellation Policy
Return and Refund Conditions
Products that have been sold cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded except in the following circumstances:
- Wrong product is delivered by mistake.
- The product has a significant manufacturing defect.
- No returns or refunds will be processed for "stitched & customised products" or if the customer has provided incorrect size information. Additionally, minor color and design variations should be expected since all our products are made to order.
- In the aforementioned cases, products must be returned unused and in their original packaging to qualify for a refund or replacement. Used or altered products will not be eligible for a refund or replacement under any circumstances.
- The cost of shipping the products back to our facility must be covered by the customer, and we are not responsible for this expense. Shipping costs will not be refunded in any scenario.
Out of Stock Items and Order Cancellation
- If an ordered item is out of stock, the customer has the choice to receive a refund or select an alternative product by paying the price difference.
- Please note that no order can be cancelled after 24 hours from the time of placing the order.
Reporting Discrepancies
- Any discrepancies in the received order should be reported via email within 48 hours of receiving the order.
- However, the final decision regarding refunds and returns rests with us, and no refunds or returns will be accepted after 48 hours.
